Section 27-312. DECISIONS

312.1All decisions shall be in writing, based solely on the record, and transmitted to each party who has participated in the protest before the Board.
312.2Judicial Review of Board decisions on Protests.
(a)A protester may seek judicial review of the Board's decision by filing a petition for review of agency action in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
(b)If the District determines that it should seek judicial review, the Director, with the prior approval of the Attorney General, may seek judicial review of the Board's decision in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
