Section 27-313. RECONSIDERATION

313.1The protester, the contracting agency, or an interested party who filed comments on the Agency Report may by motion request the Board to reconsider a decision.

313.2Motions for reconsideration shall be conducted in accordance with Rule 117 of these rules, except that the time periods contained in Rules 117.2 and 117.4 shall be shortened to fifteen (15) days and seven (7) days respectively.
