Section 27-3316. BID AND PROPOSAL COSTS

3316.1Bid and proposal costs shall include costs incurred in preparing, submitting, and supporting bids and proposals.

3316.2Ordinary and reasonable bid and proposal costs shall be allowable as indirect costs in accordance with the cost principles set forth in this chapter.

3316.3Bid and proposal costs shall be allowable as direct costs only to the extent that they are specifically permitted by a provision of the contract or solicitation.

3316.4If bid and proposal costs are allowable as direct costs, the same bid and proposal costs shall not be charged as indirect costs.
