Section 27-3331. BONDING COSTS

3331.1Bonding costs shall be allowable when required under the terms of the contract.

3331.2Bonding costs attributable to the performance of District contracts shall be allowable when required by the contractor in the general conduct of its business to the extent that the bonding is in accordance with sound business practice and the rates and premiums are reasonable under the circumstances.
