Section 27-3351. CONTINGENCIES

3351.1The contracting officer shall not allow contingency costs except in the case of a termination.

3351.2A contingency factor may be allowed in connection with a termination when it is applicable to a past period to give recognition to minor unsettled factors in the interest of expediting settlement.
