Section 27-3354. FINES AND PENALTIES

3354.1Fines and penalties resulting from violations of, or failure of the contractor to comply with District, federal, state, or local laws, or regulations shall not be allowable costs, except when incurred as a result of compliance with specific terms and conditions of the contract or written instructions from the contracting officer.
