Section 27-3606. EFFECTIVE DATES OF MODIFICATIONS

 

3606.1For a solicitation amendment, change order, or administrative change, the effective date shall be the date on which the contracting officer issues the amendment, change order, or administrative change.

 

3606.2For a bilateral modification (supplemental agreement), the effective date shall be the date agreed upon by the contracting officer and the contractor.

 

3606.3For a modification converting a termination for default to a termination for the convenience of the District, the effective date shall be the same as the effective date of the termination for default.

 

3606.4For a modification issued as a confirming notice of termination for the convenience of the District, the effective date of the confirming notice shall be the same as the effective date of the initial notice.
