Section 27-4018. ACCEPTANCE

4018.1Acceptance shall constitute acknowledgement that the goods, services, or construction conform to the applicable contract quality and quantity requirements, except as provided in this section and subject to other terms and conditions of the contract.

4018.2Acceptance may take place before delivery, at the time of delivery, or after delivery, depending on the terms and conditions of the contract.

4018.3Goods, services, or construction shall not be accepted before completion of District contract quality assurance actions.

4018.4Acceptance shall be evidenced by execution of an acceptance certificate on an inspection or receiving report form or on a commercial shipping document or packing list.
