Section 27-4020. PLACE OF ACCEPTANCE

4020.1Each contract shall specify the place of acceptance.

4020.2Contracts that provide for District contract quality assurance at the source shall provide for acceptance at the source.

4020.3Contracts that provide for District contract quality assurance at destination shall provide for acceptance at destination.

4020.4Goods accepted at a place other than destination shall not be reinspected at destination for acceptance purposes, but shall be examined at destination for quantity, damage in transit, and possible substitution or fraud.
