Section 27-4601. APPLICABILITY

 

4601.1These rules apply to the procurement of goods or services, including construction services, by and for the Hospital: 

 

(a)Whether through purchase or lease; and

 

(b)Whether the goods or services are already in existence or must be developed.

 

4601.2This chapter does not apply to any goods or services that the Hospital may acquire as a gift, or on a pro bono basis.

 

4601.3These rules shall not apply to: 

 

(a)The purchase or lease of real property by the Hospital;

 

(b)The disposition of real or personal property by the Hospital; and
 

(c)The disposition, sale or provision of services by the Hospital.
