Section 27-4734. DISPUTES AND PROTESTS

4734.1The District of Columbia Contract Appeals Board shall be the exclusive hearing tribunal for bid protests and disputes in connection with decisions by the contracting officer under sections 4732 and 4733. Claims shall be made in accordance with title X of the PPRA.
