Section 27-908. SERVICE CHARGES

908.1D.C. SASP may assess a service charge for services performed under this chapter. Service charges shall be fair and equitable in relation to the services performed. The D.C. SASP must take into account the amount of screening, packing, crating, removal, transportation and other efforts required to perform the services when determining the amount of a service charge.
