Section 28-1116. TERMINATION AND WITHHOLDING OF FUNDS APPEALS

1116.1Each grantee of an action grant under the provisions of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, as amended in 1970 and 1973 (currently referred to as the Crime Control Act of 1973), or under the Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974, who has had funds withheld or has had a project terminated for non-compliance shall be entitled to appeal to the Criminal Justice Supervisory Board the decision on his or her project.
1116.2The Office of Criminal Justice Plans and Analysis shall notify each grantee in writing when a subgrant is being terminated or funds being withheld for non-compliance, and shall provide the subgrantee with a set of appeal procedures.
