Section 28-2017. OATHS OR AFFIRMATIONS

2017.1Each witness who appears before the Commission in an investigation or proceeding shall swear or affirm to tell the truth and not to disclose the nature of the investigation or of the proceeding or the identity of the judge involved unless or until the matter is no longer confidential under the provisions of this chapter.
2017.2The provisions of § 2017.1 shall apply to witnesses at Commission meetings or testifying by deposition. Individuals interviewed by a member of the Commission or its staff shall be requested to keep the matter confidential.
2017.3Each member of the Commission shall be authorized to administer oaths or affirmations to all witnesses appearing before the Commission.
