Section 28-2023. CONVICTION OF A FELONY

    2023.1The Commission shall not file in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals an order of removal certifying the entry of a judgment of a criminal conviction, as provided in § 432(a)(1) of the Self-Government Act, without giving to the judge concerned at least ten (10) days’ notice of its intention to do so.
