Section 28-3705. RENEWAL OF OPERATOR LICENSES

3705.1In order to be eligible for renewal of his or her operator license, an operator shall satisfactorily complete a course of instruction approved by the Program Manager, or designee, as referenced in the Operator Manual.

3705.2Upon renewal of a license, the Program Manager, or designee, shall issue a new operator license card to the operator. The new license shall be valid for a period of two (2) years unless earlier revoked by the Program Manager, or designee.
