Section 28-528. RIGHT TO REQUEST REVIEW

528.1While a resident is in segregation, he or she may submit, in writing, not more than once in every thirty-day period, a request to the Board that it review the resident's status.
528.2The resident shall specify in that request evidence or circumstances which the resident believes would justify a change in the resident's housing status.
528.3The Board shall have five (5) days after receipt of the request to respond to the resident by either granting or denying the request for review.
528.4If the request is denied, the resident shall have a right to make the same request to the Administrator within three (3) days of the denial.
