Section 29-10005. REIMBURSEMENT

10005.1Each provider shall comply with the requirements set forth in Chapter 14 (Health-Care Assistance Reimbursement) of Title 29 DCMR.

10005.2DHCF shall establish fees and reimbursement for only those services outlined in Subsections 10001 through 10003. Reimbursement for lactation services shall be made according to the District of Columbia Medicaid fee schedule available online at http://www.dc-medicaid.com.
