Section 29-1312. NOTICE OF SANCTIONS TO OTHER PARTIES

1312.1When a provider has been excluded, terminated or suspended pursuant to §1304, the Director shall notify the following parties regarding any action taken and the effective date:

(a)HCFA; and

(b)The following, as appropriate:

(1)Members of the public;

(2)Recipients;

(3)Professional Standard Review Organizations;

(4)Other providers and organizations;

(5)Medical societies and professional organizations;

(6)State and District licensing boards and affected state and District agencies and organization; and

(7)Medicare carriers and intermediaries.
