Section 29-145. RIGHT TO A HEARING

145.1Each applicant for or client of the Vocational Rehabilitation Services Division who is dissatisfied with any determination concerning the furnishing or denial of services shall be entitled to a hearing by the Office of Administrative Hearings of the Department.
