Section 29-1452. CHORE AND HOMEMAKER SERVICES; PROGRAM LIMITATIONS

1452.1 Except as provided in §1451.1 chore and homemaker services shall be provided as follows:

If Client Qualifies For:

Maximum Number of Hours of Service Available:

(a)

Housekeeping only

3 hours per day,

1 day per week

(b)

Housekeeping and laundry

3-4 hours per day,

1 day per week

(c)

Housekeeping, laundry and shopping

3-5 hours per day,

1 day per week

(d)

Any combination of housekeeping, laundry, shopping, cooking, or personal care

3 hours per day,

2 days per week
