Section 29-149. REQUEST FOR A HEARING/TIMELINESS

149.1Each request for a hearing shall be submitted in writing by the applicant or client to the Office of Administrative Hearings.

149.2Each written request for a hearing shall be submitted personally or by certified mail, return receipt requested.

149.3Each request for a hearing shall be signed by the applicant or client or on the applicant’s or client’s behalf by an authorized representative.

149.4Each applicant or client shall request a hearing within fifteen (15) business days after an adverse decision based on an informal administrative review or, in the absence of an informal administrative review, within thirty (30) business days of the occurrence of the action upon which the complaint is based.
