Section 29-152. NOTICE OF HEARING AND OF HEARING PROCEDURES AND ISSUES

    152.1The Office of Administrative Hearings shall provide a notice of the time, place, and issues which are the subject of the hearing to each party and the party’s representative at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing by certified mail. A hearing may be delayed for good cause shown by a party or at the request of both parties.

     

    152.2The Office of Administrative Hearings shall provide the applicant or client, and his or her designated representative, if any, with a copy of the hearing procedures and other relevant information necessary to enable the applicant or client to prepare for the hearing.
