Section 29-162. EXTENSION OF TIME

162.1Each request for an extension of time for the filing of a document, brief, or motion shall be submitted prior to the day on which the document, brief, or motion is due to be filed.

162.2The request for an extension of time requirement may be waived for good cause shown at the discretion of the hearing examiner.
