Section 29-1643. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CHILD-PLACING AGENCY IN FOSTER CARE PLACEMENTS

    1643.1 Each child-placing agency’s authority to place a child in foster care shall be documented in the organization’s policies and procedures.

     

    1643.2 After a child is placed in foster care, each child-placing agency shall provide casework services to the child, his birth family, and the foster parents, as appropriate.

     

    1643.3 Each child-placing agency shall ensure that the foster care services plan includes:

     

    (a) An estimation of the length of time the child is expected to be in foster care; and

     

    (b) A plan for permanency placement for the child which shall include any modifications needed in that plan.
