Section 29-1710. REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICANT OR RECIPIENT IN CLAIMING GOOD CAUSE FOR REFUSING TO COOPERATE

    1710.1 An applicant for or recipient of assistance who refuses to cooperate and who claims to have good cause for such refusal has the burden of establishing the existence of a good cause circumstance, and shall be required to:

     

    (a) Specify those circumstances that the applicant or recipient believes establish good cause for not cooperating;

     

    (b) Substantiate at least one (1) good cause circumstance in accordance with §1712 of this chapter; and

     

    (c) Provide sufficient information, if known, possessed, or reasonably obtainable, to permit an investigation.
