Section 29-202. VENDING FACILITY EQUIPMENT AND INITIAL STOCK

 

202.1The licensing agency shall be responsible for furnishing each vending facility with adequate suitable equipment and initial stocks of merchandise necessary for the establishment and operation of the facility.

 

202.2The right and title to, and interest in, the equipment and the stock of each vending facility shall be vested in the state licensing agency, or in the nominee for Program purposes, and shall be subject to the paramount right of the licensing agency to direct and control the use, transfer, and disposition of the vending facilities or stock.

 

202.3The licensing agency shall retain ownership of the vending facility.
