Section 29-2024. DURATION OF BENEFITS

2024.1The Department shall continue to pay health insurance premiums until one (1) of the following occurs:

(a)The recipient becomes eligible for Medicare benefits;

(b)The recipient is re-employed and can obtain health benefits under the new employer’s group plan;

(c)Thirty (30) months from the month the employee is unable to continue working; or

(d)Funding identified for the program pursuant to§2020.2 is exhausted.
