Section 29-210. TRAINING PROGRAM

210.1The licensing agency, with the active participation of the Blind Venders Committee, shall establish training and retraining programs.
210.2The Vocational Rehabilitation Services Administration within the Department shall provide prospective blind vendors with counseling, guidance, prevocational training, and rehabilitation services in preparation for training in vending facility operations.
210.3Following the acceptance of prospective blind vendors by the licensing agency, training in vending facility management shall be provided by the licensing agency or contractor approved by the SLA to implement the training program.
