Section 29-213. BLIND VENDORS COMMITTEE: ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONS

213.1The Blind Vendors Committee shall be organized to include a chairperson, a vice-chairperson, a treasurer, and a secretary.
213.2The Committee shall meet regularly with representatives of the licensing agency, and shall operate as a whole and through subcommittees.
213.3The Committee may decide, from time to time, to hold meetings of its own members only.
213.4Between regular meetings, the Committee shall carry out functions through subcommittees, or individual members which the Committee designates for that purpose.
213.5The Committee and the licensing agency shall meet at least once a month.
