    220.1An informal administrative review meeting is a non-binding and non-adversarial informal dispute resolution process. The informal administrative review meeting process provides a vendor an opportunity to meet with the Chief of the Division of Services for the Blind (DSB) in an effort to expeditiously resolve a complaint he or she may have about a licensing agency action arising from the operation or administration of the RSVFP. The informal administrative review meeting may involve fact gathering, interviews and negotiation. The informal administrative review meeting is optional and voluntary, and will not deny or delay a vendor an impartial due process hearing, provided pursuant to by 34 C.F.R. § 395.13
