Section 29-2317. ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES: MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION -- RESEARCH STANDARDS

2317.1 All research development and related activities that involve human subjects shall comply with “Protection of Human Subjects” 45 C.F.R., Part 46 and “Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records” 42 C.F.R., Part 2.

2317.2 The organization, facility or program shall comply with all applicable federal and District regulations to assure the protection of participants in human research and to ensure a written policy prohibiting participation in human research.
