Section 29-232. REQUEST FOR HEARING; TIMELINESS

232.1Each request for a hearing shall be submitted in writing to OAH.
232.2The written request for a hearing shall be submitted personally or by U.S. mail.
232.3The request for hearing shall be signed by the complainant or on the complainant’s behalf by an authorized representative.
232.4Each complainant shall request a full evidentiary hearing within fifteen (15) business days after an adverse decision based on an administrative review or, in the absence of an administrative review, within fifteen (15) business days of the occurrence of the action upon which the complaint is based.
