Section 29-2519. ADDITIONAL TRANSITIONAL HOUSING REQUIREMENTS

2519.1Providers of transitional housing shall meet the requirements of sections 2515 through 2518 as well as the additional requirements set forth in this section.
2519.2Providers of transitional housing shall offer follow-up supportive services, for a minimum of six (6) months, to clients who have transferred to permanent housing from their program, unless the client is receiving such supportive services from another Provider.
2519.3Providers of transitional housing shall provide an apartment-style or group home housing accommodation.
2519.4Providers of transitional housing offered in a group home setting shall provide clients with access to private space and personal time.
