Section 29-2533. STI PROGRAM – CASE MANAGEMENT

2533.1Participants in the STI Program shall actively participate in case management as set forth in Section 2511, including development of a Service Plan as described in Subsection 2511.2. Participants that require only a minimal level of case management shall consent to and participate in a monthly check-in with the case manager.
