Section 29-2603. BENEFITS AVAILABLE FOR BURIAL AND CREMATION

2603.1When a deceased person meets the eligibility criteria described in section 2602 and an application has been filed and approved as required under section 2601, one (1) of the following shall occur:

(a)Eight hundred dollars ($ 800) shall be paid for burial assistance; or

(b)Four hundred and fifty dollars ($ 450) shall be paid for cremation assistance.
