Section 29-308. LICENSE RENEWAL

 

308.1Application for renewal of a Child Development Facility license shall be submitted on a form provided by the Director, with the appropriate documentation and fee, no later than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date of the existing license.

 

308.2When a licensee makes timely and complete application for license renewal, the existing license shall remain in effect until the Director makes a determination whether the license will be renewed.

 

308.3The Director shall issue a license renewal for a period not to exceed one (1) year, when a Facility is in substantial compliance with the Act and with this Chapter.

 

308.4The Director shall issue the renewal license no later than ten (10) business days after the Director determines that substantial compliance has been achieved.
