Section 29-3101. ADMINISTRATION

3101.1The Corps shall be administered by the Director of the Department of Human Services.

3101.2The Director shall confirm the status of trainees in the Corps Program at least annually, or more frequently if required.

3101.3Recipients of aid, shall cooperate in providing the information necessary for the Director to perform administrative functions under this Chapter.
