Section 29-3108. REPORTING

3108.1An educational institution receiving money under this program shall agree to inform the Director whenever a significant change in trainee status occurs.

3108.2The participating agencies shall provide the following reports to the Director:

(a)Notice of failure to obtain state license within the designated period of time; and

(b)Notice of termination of employment.
