319.1Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Director or of the Office of Administrative Hearings may appeal the decision to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals pursuant to section 11 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, approved October 21, 1968 (82 Stat. 1209; D.C. Official Code § 2-510).
