Section 29-3205. PROCEDURES FOR DETERMINING COMPETENCY

3205.1The District's competency evaluation program shall be administered according to federal requirements in 42 CFR 483.154.

3205.2The District's competency evaluation program shall require acceptable performance of tasks by the individual that the individual will be expected to perform as a nurse aide.

3205.3The District's competency evaluation program shall include a written examination, unless the nurse aide chooses to establish competency by methods other than a written examination.
