Section 29-418. PERIOD OF REVIEW

418.1The period for SHPDA or SHCC review shall begin no more than seven (7) days after the receipt of the application to the SHPDA.

418.2The SHPDA or the SHCC shall be allowed up to sixty (60) days to conduct a review of grant applications and categorical state plans unless the appropriate federal funding agency or state program agency specifies in writing a longer period with respect to a program or particular proposed use of federal funds.
