Section 29-424. PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL STATUS REPORT

424.1The SHPDA shall prepare and publish an annual report of the Agency reviews conducted.

424.2The annual report shall include a statement concerning the status of each review, a general statement of the findings and decisions made in the course of the reviews, and a list of the reviews completed by the SHPDA since the publication of the last report.
