Section 29-4402. APPLICATION REVIEW

4402.1A review panel selected by the Department shall review each application to determine if it meets the requirements that apply to the particular grant.

4402.2The review panel shall advise the Director of all those applications which satisfy the applicable grant requirements and shall recommend awards based on the review factors and available funding.
