Chapter 29-47. TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN |
Section 29-4704. STAFFING AND ADMINISTRATION

4704.1Each Provider shall assign each client to an individual case manager.
4704.2Each individual case manager shall meet the following minimum qualifications:
(a)Be licensed as a graduate social worker pursuant to D.C. Code § 2-3308.2; and
(b)Work under the supervision of an independent clinical social worker who is licensed in accordance with D.C. Code § 2-3308.4 and who has two years' experience in social work.
4704.3No individual case manager shall have a caseload in excess of 30 clients.
4704.4Each Provider shall develop a case plan of care for each client which shall be designed to promote the consistent, coordinated, and timely provision of care.
4704.5Each Provider shall update the case plan every six (6) months and shall document the updates to the case plan in the client's record.
