Section 29-4707. ACCESS TO RECORDS

4707.1Each Provider shall allow appropriate personnel of the Department of Health and other authorized agents of the District of Columbia government and the federal government full access to the records for audit purposes.

4707.2Each Provider shall maintain all records, including, but not limited to, financial records, medical records, treatment records, and other documentation pertaining to costs, payments received and made, and services provided to clients, for six (6) years or until all audits are completed, whichever is longer.
