Chapter 29-47. TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN |
Section 29-4799. DEFINITIONS

4799.1When used in this chapter, the following terms and phrases shall have the following meanings:
Case management services - Those services that assist an eligible individual in accessing needed medical, social, educational, and other services appropriate to the needs of the individual.
CFSA - the District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency.
Client - a person who is eligible for TCM services.
Medical Assistance Administration (MAA) - the Single State Agency, within the Department of Health, responsible for administering the District of Columbia Medicaid Program.
Provider - The District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) and its subcontractors.
TCM - Targeted Case Management Services.
