Section 29-4901. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

4901.1Persons eligible to receive rehab services shall be Medicaid recipients who meet the following qualifications:
(a)Are twenty (20) years of age or less;
(b)Are determined to be abused or neglected pursuant to the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect Act of 1997, effective September 23, 1997 (D.C. Law 2-22; D.C. Official Code § 4-1301.1 et seq); and
(c)Are enrolled in a comprehensive health care network with the capability to assure the timely provision of appropriate Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT).
4901.2MAA may request additional information to determine whether the services provided are medical necessity.
