5405.1Each AFDC or AFDC-related recipient enrolled in the D.C. Medicaid Managed Care program that is aggrieved by an individual decision of the Department affecting that recipient’s choice or assignment of providers, or receipt of a covered service through the District’s Medicaid Managed Care Program shall be entitled to a hearing before the Department’s Office of Fair Hearings as provided in D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. §4-210.01 to 4-210.18 and 42 C.F.R. Part 431, Subpart E.
