5609.1Each enrolled child who is aggrieved by an individual decision of the Department affecting that child’s right to select a provider or receive a covered service through the D.C. Medicaid Managed Care Program for Disabled Children and Youths shall be entitled to a hearing before the Department’s Office of Fair Hearings as provided in D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. §4-210.01 to 4-210.18 and 42 C.F.R. Part 431, Subpart E.
